About Darlene's Delights

Darlene's Delights is a small cottage industry and online sales business owned and operated by Darlene R. Ulmet who has resided in Corapeake, North Carolina since 2014. Our primary business operation is as a vendor at local craft fairs and festivals throughout Northeastern North Carolina and Southeastern Virginia. Darlene grew up in Newport News, Virginia and has resided in the DFW Texas Metroplex area and on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Along the way, Darlene discovered a number of delightful products that she found were not always readily available in the location in which she was currently residing. Having lived in a transient military area, a midwestern big city, a coastal beach community and a small countryside town has given her an eclectic and diverse appetite for various products.  In the spring of 2025, Darlene founded Darlene's Delights in order to share her love for these products with her current, past and neighboring communities. 

 

An avid beachaholic with a great appreciations for both large city and small town living, Darlene chose her product lines around those things she found to be of exceptional quality. She also chose to include items that promoted her passion for varous beliefs and causes.  Darlene's Delights is not only a business venutre but also a testament of faith with a sprit of adventure, survivorship and compassion.
